How it works:
1: Setup
We work with a combination of pre-vetted vendors and any vendors that you'd like to bring to the table, to set menus, pricing and delivery schedules.
2: Run the program
We work with the vendors to coordinate lunch deliveries around your school schedule. Meals are labeled for distribution and we handle any issues that you might encounter to ensure happy children, and parents!
3: Handle the finances
We handle all of the finances from collecting payment, to paying vendors and handling snow days and credits.

Definitely!
We'll take over the running of the system and keep the existing Parents' accounts. We can also keep you in as Admins if you wish.
We work with personally vetted local & regional vendors that can provide a broad range of options including certified kosher and special dietary options.
We are happy to add your preferred vendors to the roster, especially if they're local favorites.
We recognize the importance of quality, nutritional meals that the children with actually eat and we are always mindful and compliant with the National School Lunch Program requirements and will work with them to ensure compliance where required.
Yes!
We support free and reduced lunch programs in line with the National School Lunch Program.
We work with a wide range of vendors including certified kosher, vegan and traditional.
Menu items on the ordering page are labeled up, for example, Gluten-Free, Vegan, etc. Deliveries are labeled by the Childs name to ensure that the right order reaches your child.
Yes!
We can include your school or PTO as a vendor for supplying snacks and drinks - another good fundraiser.
Yes!
We handle the program finances from beginning to end including parent card processing fees, vendors, credits, etc.
Yes, we handle all aspects of the service including questions about orders, payments, etc.
Lunches are delivered to the school each day, potentially in separate deliveries, based on your schedule. The lunches will be marked up by homeroom / lunchroom and Childs name. You'll need to check the delivery in by scanning a barcode on the delivery or clicking a link in the email then drop off the items by homeroom or lunchroom as needed.
The service is provided at no cost to the School or PTO. Depending upon the vendors selected and the options available to us, there may even be a fundraising contribution payback to you!
Parents can order as far in advance as they need to and can edit those orders up until the prior week.
For late orders, we work with our vendors to accommodate them as best as possible.
We try to accommodate late changes up until the day before the order.
