We'll take care of setting the system up for you including collecting the themes and menus.
We'll then follow up with a call & screen share to show you what options and choices we've made and we'll tailor those together before handing over the running of the service to you.
Training is there to help you through managing the system to training new employees or PTO members as needed.

Pro Consoles:
- Point of Sale Terminal
- Lunchroom Live
The Pro Consoles add extra functionality in the lunchroom to manage order collection tracking and additions through snack sales and late lunches.
Point of Sale Terminal is a typical sales terminal that allows you to scan items with a barcode scanner attached to your computer, Chromebook or tablet*.
Lunchroom Live moves the paper reports online allowing the lunchroom helpers to mark off items as they're served, including optionally emailing the parents to let them know!
Lunchroom Live integrates the Point of Sale terminal sales experience to allow lunchroom helpers to add items too, all with the notes from the parent at hand.
* Handheld barcode scanners can be purchased for around $10 from online suppliers such as Amazon.
The system can be paid for through a processing fee that we add to the price of the items sold that can be baked into the price of the item or added at checkout or, you can pay for the service on a monthly contract - you choose!
However you choose to cover the cost of the service, it covers everything! All support, reporting, processing of orders and payment gateway fees. We send you a monthly payment for everything collected for your fundraiser. We also handle the finance side of transactions including any disputes, chargebacks and the variable cost of processing.
You retain control of the prices quoted and the fundraising amount collected so that you can offer discounts however you like and/or support free/reduced lunch programs.
There are no setup or early termination fees - use the system as little or as much as you like!
Want extra control but would prefer to have the FoodDays team manage the platform for you?
For $99/month, the FoodDays team will manage the day-to-day running of the system whilst you concentrate on operations.

The Complete Turn-Key Solution
You'll get your own FoodDays team member who knows your configuration and how your school works.
We'll meet with the team to formulate a plan of action before reaching out to both existing and local vendors.
The Plus program includes a fully-managed turnkey solution - handsfree!
With the flexibility to add, cancel, edit meal choices, get unlimited access to all of the features available with the myFoodDays platform.
There are no limits on the size of the service or the number of parents or administrators.
As part of the fully-managed Plus program, we'll:
- Develop a menu, negotiate prices, and seamlessly process orders
- Use local and regional vendors, based on Client preference
- Arrange for meals to be delivered to the school at specified delivery times, provided by Client
- Provide a variety of special menu items (ie. kosher, Halal, gluten free, etc.), as requested by Client
- Handle the finances including Financial management of the vendors paid bi-weekly.

During setup, we can add in a fundraising element to allow you to maintain the lunch program as a fundraiser or offer discounts to staff members and/or support free/reduced lunch programs.
